Koç University and E&Y designed “Young Leaders in Family Businesses Certificate Program” (YLFB) in order to enhance the management in family-owned company and to promote the sustainability of the young generation to take part in the future of their family business. Koç University’s instructors and E&Y managers who are experts in their fields will take place in our program. Program covers; sustainability of only 5% of the family-owned company left for third generation, healthy management systems with family members and/or professionals, problem solving skills, analysis of possible risks, planning of family-owned companies, designing a family law and culture.

Who Can Apply:

Anyone who is between the ages of 20-35, with a bachelor’s degree, a shareholder at family business and a member of the mentioned family

Duration:                                        12 Days

Training Hours:                             09:00-17:00 (Depending on the program)

End of the Program:                     13 April 2018

Program Fee:                                 9250 TL + %18 VAT

The fee includes lunches on campus, coffee breaks, training materials, certificates
A team of 2 participants from a single organization can benefit from a 5% tuition discount and a team of 3 or more participants  can benefit 10% tuition discount on each enrollment, Koç University students and alumni can be enrolled with a 10% discount.

There is a free parking place in our campus and a paid parking place EY Orjin Maslak Plaza.
