Arçelik Retail Academy Collaboration “Next Generation Retail Leaders Program”
We have completed the 6th year of our “New Generation Retail Leaders” program, which we have been carrying out since 2017 in collaboration with Arçelik Retail Academy. Throughout 2022, we came together with a total of 6 groups, including Arçelik and Beko dealers owner. During the program, the participants attended their online training on a total of 5 topics (35 hours) which are Change Management, Negotiation and Persuasion Skills, Strategic Thinking and Planning, E-Commerce Trends and Strategies, and Personal Brand, Reputation, and Perception Management.
