Arçelik Global Manager Program has started.
This year, we are carrying out the 11th of our program, which we have prepared for 25 esteemed managers from England, South Africa, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Thailand, and Turkey. Our participants participate in 13 different training topics: “Networking, Organizational Behavior in Turbulent Times, Economic Trends for Leaders, Exploring Global Trends, Political Trends for Leaders, Strategic Management in a Global Environment, Simulation: HR in the Game, International and Intercultural Negotiations, Being Effective and Persuasive on Webcam, Strategic Marketing and Brand Management, Introduction to Finance, Sustainability and Operations Management. Preparations for the new term of the program in 2023 are also ongoing.
