Nestlé 360 Development Academy
In cooperation with Nestlé, we prepared “Nestlé 360 Development Academy” training program. Within the program, mid-level managers will complete their trainings online for a total of 8 days (72 hours). During the program, Managers will participate in different trainings, which are Strategic Thinking and Planning, Macroeconomics for Managers, Effective Communication with Transactional Analysis, New Normally Sustainable Relationship Management, Fundamental Changes in the 21st Century, Developing Leaders in the Digitalizing World, Remote Working and Management, Inspiring Leadership and Passionate Teams.
