Koç University Executive Education Programs Manager Örpen İstanbullu provides trainings on Change Management in Koç University Executive Education Programs, Prosci ADKAR Change Model in Leadership development and Coaching in Change Process. The only trainer holding the "Change Management Practitioner" license issued by Prosci in Turkey, İstanbullu has also ADLER Professional Coaching Certificate.

Starting her career in Treasury Department of İs Bank as a Foreign Exchange and Financial Markets Expert, Istanbullu worked in Training, Customer Relations and Marketing departments at Reuters Enformasyon Ltd. Sti. for 15 years after working in Dow Jones Telerate company. For 15 years during which she worked in Reuters Customer Relations and Training Department as Turkey coordinator, İstanbullu provided economic data analyses and news trainings to financial market actors and also she carried out "Train the Trainer” and "Mentorship" projects within the company. İstanbullu especially provided trainings to the company managers or the candidates in the talent pool on Leadership, Managerial Skills, Change Management, Customer Relations in the country and abroad and carried out projects of creating training contents. As the project manager in creating the e-training modules and Adobe WebEx applications that Reuters provides to its customers, İstanbullu made instant news and analyses as the Global and Domestic Markets Editor in the Reuters Editorial Department as well. Örpen İstanbullu carried out the training projects of the banks such as Central Bank, Vakıfbank, İs Bank, Halk Bankası, Citibank and Deutsche Bank as well as the institutions and organizations such as TRT, Star, Daily News, IC Holding, Nurol Holding, Prime Ministry, SPK and BDDK.

Still working as the Manager of the Koç University Executive Education Programs, Örpen İstanbullu graduated from TED Ankara College and METU, Department of Economics and had her Master's Degree in New York University, Monetary Markets Transactions in 1992.
