Cancellation and Refund Policy

Applications will be accepted after filling out the application form on the tab and making the payment to the bank account below. Please make sure to write “YGP-CIPS" with your name&surname into the explanation part while doing your bank transfer and please send the copy of your bank receipt to executive@ku.edu.tr

Applicants accepts and undertakes to pay;

a) 100% (one hundred percent) of the training costs, in case the he/she cancels his application, 1-5 (one to five) days before the beginning date of the training,

b) 80% (eighty percent) of the training costs in case of a cancellation 5-10 (five to ten) days before the beginning of the training,

c) 50% (fifty percent) of the training costs in case of a cancellation / date change 10-20 (ten to twenty) days before the beginning of the training,

d) 25% (twenty five percent) of the training costs in case of a cancellation / date change 20-40 (twenty to forty) days before the beginning of the training.
